I know from my own personal experience as a UIC College of Medicine alumnus that the bonds formed during medical school are among the most enduring of a doctor’s lifetime.

One of the best ways to renew and sustain those bonds is by joining us in October for your College of Medicine reunion.  This year's reunion will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Class of 1959 as well as welcome classes in five-year increments from 1944 to 1999.  This two-day reunion will offer a great opportunity to see your old friends and former professors, enjoy the camaraderie that you shared during your medical school days and celebrate what everyone has accomplished since then.

As you recall days gone by, you’ll also have an opportunity to see how your alma mater has grown. We’d love to give you a tour so that you can see some of the changes we’ve made and tell you about our exciting plans for the future.

We’ve got a lot of activities planned—from a welcome reception on Thursday evening to panel discussions, workshops and tours to our Alumni Reception and Gala—so I hope you’ll join us on October 15 and 16 for what is sure to be an enjoyable and stimulating reunion.

I look forward to seeing you!
